The project focuses on Ludwipol - A residential neighborhood in the south of Tel Aviv, placed between the neighborhoods Shapira and Hatikva. over the years the neighborhood has got trapped between three main roads; Highway 1 to the north and east, Ayalon and "Heil Hashirion" to the west, and "Kibbutz Galyot" to the south.
The RUSH HOUR project sees the neighborhood as trapped in a traffic funnel, which drains the traffic out and into the city, So that Ludwopol becomes a place distinctly cut off from its environment and at the same time strongly influenced by it. This range is the subject that the project deals with.
